This is an exciting new opportunity to join the Executive Leadership Team at University Senior College in January 2027.

The successful candidate will possess a high level of interpersonal skills, integrity and a desire to further enhance the USC culture and community. With a genuine interest in others and their professional development and wellbeing, coupled with a strong work ethic, this executive role will assist University Senior College to reach its strategic learning and cultural aspirations.

The role encompasses:

- leadership in human resources to further enhance the positive and qualified culture of USC
- working collaboratively with external agencies to profile and advertise USC
- the performance development and professional growth of staff




- fostering a culture of support and positive wellbeing
- working to engage with and inspire our Old Scholars and parent community groups.
