The place where product, people and customer experience meet.
Your role is to read the floor, understand the product and guide the team in real time. From replenishment to customer service, every action helps the store move with purpose.
You stay close to what we are selling, new arrivals, best sellers, alternatives and daily priorities and help the team bring these to life for the customer.
We want people who are present, practical and team minded. People who adapt quickly, communicate clearly and bring energy to both customers and their team.
Here, you’ll find space to learn, tools to improve and a team to grow with. Every store has its own rhythm, and in it, you can keep evolving.
This can be the beginning of your story with us.
What you’ll do
- Support the daily rhythm of the shop floor
- Guide and motivate the team to deliver strong customer service
- Keep your section replenished, organised and ready for the customer
- Stay close to product, recent arrivals, best sellers and commercial priorities
- Support sales, exchanges, refunds and store processes when needed
- Work with managers and the wider team to maintain standards and pace
What we’re looking for
- Experience in retail, customer service or team supervision
- A strong interest in fashion, product and customer behaviour
- Confidence guiding and supporting others on the floor
- A clear, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and a collaborative mindset
- Availability to work 38 hours per week, a mix of weekdays and weekends
- 25% staff discount in store and online at Zara
- A fixed roster that includes three consecutive days off each month
- Ongoing learning and development from day one
- Real opportunities to grow within the business
- A team environment where you’re encouraged to contribute, learn and evolve

We see fashion as a way to express identity and create change. Every store is shaped by the people in it.
