CORSA Developments is a growing construction and roofing business operating across Queensland and New South Wales.

As our project pipeline and Operations teams continue to grow, we’re expanding the Administration team that supports them.

We’re looking for an Administration Assistant – Project Support to join our Nerang office in a permanent full-time position.

This is more than general office administration.

You’ll help keep projects organised, documentation accurate, clients informed and information moving between Administration and Operations.

You’ll start with structured Administration and project support, learn our systems and workflows, and progressively develop across the broader Administration function.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with our Administration team, you’ll be responsible for:

- Managing incoming calls, shared inbox enquiries and routine client communication
- Preparing standard project documents, notices, correspondence and client updates
- Assisting with project transitions, contracts, deposits, file reviews and mobilisation
- Completing preliminaries, data entry, document uploads and filing
- Maintaining accurate CRM/LOOP records and project information
- Maintaining job files, task lists and workflow statuses
- Scheduling inspections, site visits, trade attendances and client appointments
- Assisting with invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Supporting routine variation administration
- Assisting with project close-out documentationFollowing CORSA systems, procedures and workflows
- Escalating technical, contractual or complex matters when required
- Participating in team check-ins,



meetings, training and continuous improvement

Accuracy, communication and follow-through are important parts of this role.

How the Role Will Develop

We don’t expect you to know everything on Day One.

You’ll receive structured training in CORSA’s systems, projects and Administration workflows.

As your knowledge and confidence grow, you’ll be cross‑trained across areas including:

- Purchase Orders and Work Orders
- Procurement and materials coordination
- Detailed client correspondence and project updates
- Variations and project documentation
- Compliance and completion documentation
- Project coordination and operational support
- Coordination with Operations, field teams, suppliers and contractors
- Reporting, templates and workflow improvements
- Quality assurance and document control

Our goal is to build a capable, cross‑trained Administration team that can support projects across the full workflow.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable, skilled and eager to learn.

You’ll be a good fit if you:

- Have strong Administration and organisational skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Communicate confidently and professionally by phone and email
- Have strong written English
- Are comfortable working with systems, processes and checklists
- Can manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines
- Take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
- Ask questions when you’re unsure

- Work well within a team while also being able to work independently
- Want to develop your skills and take on greater responsibility over time

Experience in construction, trades, insurance repairs or project administration is desirable but not essential.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Xero, CRM systems or LOOP is beneficial, but we’ll train the right person in our systems.

A current Australian driver’s licence and Australian work rights are preferred.
