Automic Group is seeking a Manager, Corporate Actions to own end-to-end corporate action lifecycle for Fund Administration and Custody clients. You will manage event capture, validation, elections, entitlements, reconciliation and settlement, ensuring deadlines are met across CAM and IBOR platforms.

You will work with global sub-custodians and market data providers, shaping the function as volumes grow, coaching analysts as the team expands in a high-performing fintech setting.
