Ray White Sutherland Shire has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join our award-winning office in Sylvania.

About the role:

This is a wide-ranging role working in our modern, friendly office in Sylvania.

- Full-time position – Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday if required.
- Handling property / tenant enquiries via phone calls and emails
- Conduct open for inspections, private inspections, and routine inspections if required.
- Entry reports and exit/bond inspections
- Process tenancy applications and conduct reference checks
- Prepare lease documentation
- Organise repairs and maintenance
- Bill paying and owner payments will be handled by our Office Manager.
- You will enjoy being part of a close-knit team
- This is a busy position managing our property portfolio and reporting to the Director





We are offering an attractive salary package of $100,000 to $110,000 per year (which includes salary, car allowance and superannuation) plus bonuses.

THIS IS AN INPERSON POSITION - REMOTE EMPLOYMENT IS NOT POSSIBLE.

The requirements of this role include:

- Knowledge of recent Property Management software products.
- On-the-job training will also be provided for our PM software products.
- Must have a current Real Estate Licence (Class 1 or 2).
- Current driver’s licence and own reliable car
- Reliability, time efficiency and attention to detail a must
- Friendly, positive attitude and outstanding customer service is required
- Be well groomed with immaculate presentation
- Able to work effectively and independently
- This position would be ideal for a Sutherland Shire resident
