Due to growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Automotive Sales Consultant to join and grow within our vibrant Nerang Recent Vehicle Sales Team. The person we’re seeking to complete our team will be a result-driven self-starter who genuinely loves building connections with people and will be an impeccable representative of our dealership's brand values.

About the role?

Based at our Nerang Dealership, you will apply your skills to connect with and assist our customers in finding the perfect Toyota Vehicle for their needs. Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

Building, developing, and fostering customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout the purchasing journey.

Professional execution from the initial prospect enquiry, the sales journey through to delivery handover and post-sales follow-up.

Adhering to set and best practice operating procedures, processes, data accuracy and integrity

Learning, building, and maintaining an excellent product knowledge base

Assisting with showroom tasks and operations

Meeting KPI accountability,



Customer Experience benchmarks and other performance outcomes

5-day work week with 4:30pm finish time on Saturdays (RDO: Weekday + Sunday)

What are we looking for?

Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is highly desired but not essential

Passionate about creating a memorable customer experience that builds loyalty

KPI and goal-driven with a tenacious mindset and a drive for continuous improvement

Ability to work autonomously and execute effective time management

Excellent communication skills and computer literacy

A Team Player who contributes to a fun and positive working environment

Current Motor Vehicle Sales Licence

Manual Driver’s Licence
