Aligned Leisure is seeking an experienced Duty Captain/Manager to lead front-line operations across our leisure facilities in Victoria. You will supervise the service delivery team, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimise downtime.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in a duty management capacity, WWCC and Police Check, plus Pool Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR qualifications. A adaptable, customer-focused approach is essential.
