St Jude's Health Care Services is seeking an NDIS Safeguards Coordinator to ensure NDIS Quality & Safeguards compliance. You will lead incident processes, support behaviour protection, and drive improvements across services from our West Perth office with travel to disability sites.

The role requires knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, investigations and safeguarding, plus robust communication with stakeholders. Relevant experience in disability or healthcare is essential.
