A great opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and professional real estate business.
This is a task-based Property Management role, meaning you won’t be responsible for managing an end-to-end portfolio. You’ll work as part of a supportive team, focusing on specific areas of the property management process.
The Role
- Assist with a portfolio of approximately 160–170 properties
- Monday to Friday
- Every second Saturday for approximately 2–3 hours, with time off in lieu
- Work closely with the wider Property Management team
- Maintain strong communication with landlords, tenants and contractors

About You
- Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
- Strong understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive and able to work well within a team
- Current Agents Representative Certificate
