Njernda Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a Diversion Case Manager to deliver the Koori Women's Diversion Program in Bendigo. This community-facing role provides voluntary, culturally protected and tailored diversion support to Aboriginal women aged 18 and over using strengths-based, self-determination approaches.

Reporting to the Youth and Wellbeing Manager, you will work with courts, Victoria Police and local services to develop intensive case plans, advocate for clients and help participants
