DIG Personnel are currently seeking experienced Loader Operators for multiple opportunities with our client, a proudly South Australian and privately owned leader in building and construction materials.

With several sites across SA and a strong reputation for safety, quality, and operational excellence, our client is continuing to grow and invest in both people and equipment. We are seeking reliable and safety-focused operators to join their team for ongoing opportunities.

About the Role

As a Loader Operator, your day-to-day duties will include:

- Loading trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate FEL and assist with maintaining high housekeeping standards around the plant
- Transferring materials to resource yards
- Following all site safety procedures and operational requirements

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Previous experience operating loaders in a quarry, waste, recycling, concrete or similar setting
- Relevant loader ticket, VOC or RII (highly regarded)




- Strong awareness of site safety and machine operation
- Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts with early starts and overtime as required
- Reliable transport and flexibility to work across Mile End, Elizabeth or Dry Creek locations
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
