Maintenance Fitter | Geebung | $50ph

ARG Workforce is recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join a long-standing manufacturing business based in Geebung. This position offers consistent full-time workshop hours, excellent earning potential through overtime, and the chance to work with a reliable and supportive team. Operating for more than three decades, our client is a respected Australian manufacturer supplying products to major infrastructure, mining, civil, and construction projects nationwide.

Based in a well equipped workshop, you will play a key role in keeping production equipment operating efficiently by carrying out maintenance, repairs, and fault diagnosis across a range of machinery.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Carry out scheduled and breakdown maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions
- Complete repairs, servicing, and replacement of worn components
- Assist production personnel to maximise equipment uptime
- Maintain a safe, clean,



and organised work area

Skills & Experience Required

- Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter
- Proven troubleshooting and fault-finding experience
- Background working within manufacturing, processing, or industrial environments
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute within a team environment
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety procedures
