About the role

This is a maintenance role focused on keeping plant equipment and machinery operating efficiently and safely across the site. Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.00pm and Friday 6.30 am to 12.30.

Key responsibilities

- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on plant equipment and machinery

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of mechanical systems and equipment across the site

- Support continuous improvement activities to ensure all systems are efficient and help improve plant efficiency

- Diagnose faults quickly and implement effective, lasting solutions

- Adhere to all safety standards, policies, and procedures

About you

- Minimum Certificate III in a mechanical trade, Fitter & Turner

- Experience in breakdown and preventative maintenance

- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

- Hands on, practical experience in a maintenance environment

- Mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills

- Experience in production maintenance, repair, and fabrication

- Welding certificate

- Forklift license

- Must have work in Australia rights
