What You’ll Be Doing:

Your day-to-day will include a variety of hands-on site works:

- General repairs and maintenance: patching, tiling, painting, concreting, fencing

- Installations: bollards, wheel stops, speed humps, signage & traffic control fixings

- Reporting defects, damages or site issues using our job management system

- Representing Brightwood onsite with a high standard of professionalism

- Managing jobs independently and prioritising based on urgency





What You’ll Bring:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance, handyman or trade-based role

- Confidence with tools and materials – especially concreting, patching & repairs

- White Card (Construction Induction)

- Manual Driver’s License

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Good problem-solving and time management abilities
- A high level of personal presentation and pride in workmanship
