About the role

As our new Manager Architecture, you'll be part of the Technology Strategy & Governance team, reporting to the General Manager Technology Strategy & Governance. Your mission? To continue to develop a high performing architecture team that develop & govern technology standards; design solutions that align to business goals, ensure IT investments deliver maximum value and drive organisational growth.

In this role you will:

- Provide solid Enterprise Architecture direction to address and meet our corporate strategy
- Provide overall people leadership and guidance of the IT architecture team
- Lead executive-level conversations with stakeholders to understand their business priorities, challenges, transformation objectives and to identify their 'problem statement
- Ensure governance of standards and designs are in place for Enterprise and Solution Architects, including the facilitation and ongoing management of the Architecture Review Board
- Collaborate with Technology leaders and SMEs to develop and communicate architectural policies, standards, guidelines, designs and procedures

What we're looking for

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

- Extensive experience in Technology Architecture management roles
- Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise solutions across complex environments.
- Deep knowledge of Architecture methods to support outcomes in design, integration, cloud and applications is desirable.
- Ability to facilitate prioritisation discussions and decisions, influence across business units,



present to senior stakeholders, and lead architecture teams
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Computer Science, Bus IT)
- Industry certifications preferred - TOGAF, ITIL foundation, Risk Management, Project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and contribute to strategic decision making across business and technology domains
- Experience working within transforming and scaling organisations
- Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
