Point 2 Point Physiotherapy is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our established practice within a busy GP medical clinic in the heart of Monbulk.

This is a one-day-per-week independent contractor opportunity, with the flexibility to choose the day and set your working hours within the clinic's opening hours.

You'll take over an existing caseload with established referral streams from three onsite GPs, surrounding GPs and healthcare providers, Bupa Members First, existing private patients, GP Care Plans, TAC, WorkCover and Support at Home/aged-care clients.

The role offers genuine clinical autonomy. You'll manage your own patients using your clinical reasoning and professional judgement, while having the infrastructure and referral network of Point 2 Point Physiotherapy behind you.

Optional Support at Home visits are also available and can provide an additional regular income stream while helping you build relationships throughout the local community.

Remuneration

50% of professional billings, inclusive of applicable superannuation arrangements.

About you

We're looking for someone who wants more than simply another shift. This chance will particularly suit an experienced physiotherapist who enjoys autonomy,



building relationships and developing their own caseload and local reputation.

You’ll have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Minimum 2 years' relevant physiotherapy experience
- Appropriate professional indemnity and $20 million public liability insurance
- Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Australian citizenship or unrestricted permanent Australian working rights
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The confidence to work independently and manage your own caseload
- A proactive, self-directed approach to growing your practice

General private practice/MSK and dry needling experience would be advantageous.

*Please note: Applicants must currently reside in Australia and have permanent, unrestricted Australian working rights. Employer sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available for this position.
