Several entry level opportunities are available at our factory in Cardiff NSW. Starting from $30 per hour.

Working at our factory

- Closed for Public Holidays and over Christmas/Recent Year.

- Air-conditioned workshop.

- Permanent rosters.

- Above-award hourly rates and overtime in accordance with Modern Award MA000010.

Who we're looking for





We seek individuals with a positive attitude, attention to detail, pride in their work, and willingness to help build our team.

Requirements

- Able to work Monday to Thursday (7am - 3pm) and Friday (6am - 2pm) for full time position. Flexible hours will be considered for part time positions, please indicate your preferred days and hours on your application.

- Steady hands for delicate tasks.

- Clear vision (glasses acceptable).

- Ability to follow instructions and remember multi-step processes.

- Independent work capability and focus.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred (but not required) skills

- Ability to read and identify electronics parts and components.

- Basic to intermediate technology skills (mention any software experience on your resume).

- Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments (e.g., hospitality, customer service, or team sports).

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Additional information

- This is a Defence industry position.

- Employment screening according to AS4811:2022.

- A National Police Check may apply.

- Short fingernails required for fine motor tasks.
