About the Roles

We're on the lookout for motivated, experienced, and inspiring Trainers and Assessors to deliver face-to-face classes in one or more of the following areas:

- Electrical
- HVAC
- Carpentry

Whether you're available one day a week, night times, Saturdays or full-time , we'd like to hear from you!

Candidates must be available for a minimum of one day per week to be considered for this position.

What You'll Be Doing





You'll bring your industry knowledge and teaching passion to life by:

- Delivering engaging, professional, and practical training sessions
- Supporting learners to achieve real results and industry-ready skills
- Planning and delivering lessons using modern, flexible, and tech-savvy approaches
- Conducting assessments, maintaining student records, and meeting RTO 2015 Standards
- Keeping your skills sharp through continuous professional development

About You

We're looking for Trainers who are:

- Energetic and passionate about helping others succeed
- Confident communicators who can engage and motivate learners
- Strong team players with initiative and independence
- Up to date with their industry and VET knowledge

What You'll Need

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122)
- Relevant trade qualifications and current industry experience
