We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Wildlife Park Attendant to join our front-of-house operations team. This is a hands-on role combining guest service, café and retail duties, and support to our animal keeper team - perfect for someone who loves wildlife, hospitality, and creating memorable guest moments.

Your Role

As a Wildlife Park Attendant, you’ll deliver outstanding guest experiences through friendly, professional service across all areas of the park. From café and retail operations to admissions and guest interactions, you’ll help ensure every visit is enjoyable, educational, and memorable.

Where you’ll make an impact

- Deliver exceptional customer service across café, retail, and admissions areas

- Perform cashier, food and beverage,



and retail duties in line with Hamilton Island standards

- Ensure food handling and hygiene standards are met at all times

- Maintain outlet presentation and cleanliness in accordance with SOPs and checklists

- Process reservations, photo packages, and park experiences accurately

- Assist animal keepers with basic duties when required

- Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and feedback to ensure maximum satisfaction

- Perform opening and closing procedures as directed by the Supervisor or Manager

What we’re looking for

You’re upbeat, approachable, and thrive in a team environment. You take pride in presenting yourself and your workplace professionally, and you genuinely enjoy interacting with guests from all over the world.

To be successful, you will need:

- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or café operations

- A current Driver’s Licence (Essential)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent personal presentation and reliability

- A genuine passion for wildlife and guest engagement
