About the Centre:

Located on Middleton Road in Cromer, Kids Academy Early Learning Cromer provides childcare and preschool for families living in Cromer and surrounding Northern Beaches communities. Our long day care centre supports children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, with convenient hours from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

At Kids Academy Cromer, we understand how important it is to find a childcare centre where your child feels safe, supported and excited to learn. Our experienced educators focus on building strong relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming workplace where every child feels confident and valued.

About the Role

- 8 month Maternity Cover position until 25/05/2027




- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
