ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our Service Department and a key part of delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting customers and managing service bookings
- Listening to customer concerns and accurately recording vehicle requirements
- Providing clear explanations of service and repair recommendations
- Preparing repair orders and coordinating workflow with the workshop team
- Communicating progress updates and timeframes to customers
- Processing invoices, payments, and warranty claims
- Ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers

ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in automotive service advising (preferred) or strong customer service experience
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Is organised and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Thrives under pressure and enjoys problem-solving
- Works collaboratively with technicians and management
- Holds a current Open Driver’s Licence
- Most importantly, you’re customer-focused, proactive, and take pride in delivering outstanding service.
