Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality medication management services to aged care facilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and healthcare teams

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and legislative requirements

- Provide an exceptional customer experience across all interactions

- Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions

- Support, mentor, and supervise Pharmacy Assistants and Technicians

- Assist Pharmacy Management in daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist

- Experience in community and/or hospital pharmacy

- Strong dispensing and clinical knowledge in a fast-paced workplace

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability

- Compassionate, patient-focused approach

- Ability to build trust with doctors, nurses, and aged care teams
