ATC Work Smart is a leading workforce development and training organisation delivering employment, training and community services across regional and metropolitan Western Australia.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Programs Manager to lead the delivery and growth of our Jobs and Skills Centre (JSC) services across the Great Southern and Esperance regions, while also supporting the expansion of an creative NDIS employment pathway program in Albany.

This is a genuine leadership opportunity for a manager who enjoys building high-performing teams, developing community partnerships, and delivering programs that create meaningful outcomes for individuals, employers, and the broader community.

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering high-quality community programs that are responsive, compliant, and outcome focused.

You will play a key role in:

- Leading and developing a high-performing team.

- Driving strong client, participant and stakeholder outcomes.

- Managing program performance, budgets and contractual KPIs.

- Building productive relationships with employers, community organisations and funding bodies.

- Identifying opportunities to enhance and expand services.

- Ensuring accurate reporting and continuous improvement across all programs.

- Supporting innovation and growth in community-based employment services.

About You

You are an experienced people leader who combines strong operational management skills with a passion for creating positive community outcomes.

You will bring





Leadership experience in employment services, community services, training, disability services, not-for-profit organisations or a related field.

- The ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

- Experience managing program performance, contracts, budgets and reporting requirements.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- A proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and service excellence.

- Sound Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel.
