Role Description The Manager role at ENH Group Pty Ltd is a full-time position based in Balwyn North, VIC with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing strata property operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring service delivery aligns with company values and contractual commitments. The Manager will coordinate communications with owners, tenants, and service providers, handle inquiries and issues, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance and administrative matters.

This role also involves preparing and reviewing reports, monitoring budgets and expenses, and supporting compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. The Manager will collaborate with internal teams to improve processes,



uphold high standards of integrity and transparency, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate workloads, motivate staff, and support performance objectives.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills, including professional written and verbal communication and the ability to provide personalized service.
- Proficiency in administration and organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and confident use of office software and property management systems.
- Experience in property, strata, or real estate management, with knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices considered highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, transparency, and service excellence in prior roles.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with sound judgment and the capacity to manage complex stakeholder issues.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, property, management, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
- Capability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing responsibilities both on-site and from home with minimal supervision.
