Managing Director – APAC (Omnichannel Operations & Digital Portfolios)

Position Overview

We are looking for an autonomous, high-caliber Managing Director – APAC to take complete operational and P&L; ownership of our diverse omnichannel portfolio.

Spanning digital assets, physical retail shops, and construction/project asset sites, you will oversee operations across Sydney and Vietnam, with upcoming expansions into the Philippines and Indonesia.

You will lead regional growth, scale physical and digital assets alike, and manage distributed teams with zero micromanagement from the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

P&L; & Growth: Own top-line revenue, bottom-line profitability,



and scaling across all digital properties, physical storefronts, and active project sites.

Physical & In office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management, compliance, performance, and logistics of physical retail locations and construction/asset sites across all regional markets.

Omnichannel Integration: Connect online digital acquisition funnels seamlessly with physical brick-and-mortar storefronts and local project operations.

Regional Expansion: Execute market entry, localization, and physical/digital rollouts for the Philippines and Indonesia.

Systems & Team Leadership: Empower and manage existing team leads and site supervisors across all regional hubs to resolve bottlenecks locally.

Key Requirements

Experience: 7–10+ years in executive leadership (Managing Director, COO, or VP of Operations) scaling businesses that combine physical locations (retail, construction, or asset management) with digital infras tructure.

Regional Expertise: Deep operational familiarity with regulatory and cultural landscapes across Australia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia.

Systems Mindset: Proven ability to manage by metrics, financial models, and automated reporting across both online and offline assets.

Autonomy: A self-directed operator capable of taking high-level ownership objectives and executing them end-to-end.
