Our client is a well-established manufacturer supplying products to various sectors.
They are seeking reliable Manufacturing Technicians to join their production team on an ongoing casual basis, working day shift with early starts.
You will be responsible for supporting the safe and efficient manufacture of products in a controlled production environment, following documented procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Complete day-to-day production activities in conformance with specifications, standard operating procedures, and cGMP/ISO principles.
- Perform in-process sampling and monitoring to assure batches meet specification.
- Completion of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR’s) and QC test sheets, ensuring that all information is timely, accurate, legible and correct to guarantee traceability.
- Trouble shoot processes, procedures and product issues with the assistance of others.
- Communicate production and EHS issues to Production Supervisor and/or Manager as they arise.
- Contribute to the revision of manufacturing documentation including batch manufacturing records (BMR’s) and standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
- Support site logistics activities (incoming and outgoing goods) to assure internal and external customer requirements are achieved.
- Contribute ideas and apply continuous improvement and practical process improvement disciplines to advance quality, enhance customer allegiance and improve productivity.
- Adhere to EHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy workplace workplace.
- Perform other related duties as required and/or assigned to contribute to the efficient and safe operation of the team and business.
Your Profile
- Previous experience in manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, chemical or laboratory environments is highly regarded.
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Good attention to detail with strong record‑keeping and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a controlled production environment and handling chemicals and liquids safely.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 20kg as required.
- Strong teamwork, communication and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required to meet production needs.
- Ongoing casual work with consistent Monday–Friday shifts and early starts.
- Competitive pay rate of $34.96 per hour plus super.
