SocialPro is a compliance reporting platform built for the construction and infrastructure sector. Contractors use us to report on social procurement, local content, workforce, and environmental outcomes across some of the biggest projects in the country, including the Brisbane 2032 Olympic venues.

The role

You'll own the day to day of how SocialPro shows up in the market. That means writing, publishing, and getting in front of the people who use the product.

This is not just a role where you sit behind a desk and push content into a queue. You'll come to project sites and customer meetings, hear what our clients actually care about, then go and turn that into something worth reading.

What you'll do

- Draft and schedule LinkedIn content, our primary channel
- Write marketing copy - website, sales collateral, campaigns, email
- Build client case studies and project stories
- Turn platform data and reporting outputs into content people share
- Help shape marketing strategy and campaign planning
- Maintain the website and landing pages
- Attend project and customer meetings,



and translate what you hear into content
- Track what's working and report back

What we're looking for

- Strong writer. This is the one that matters most.
- Design instinct - you can put together something that looks good without a designer holding your hand
- Studying or recently finished in marketing, communications, media, journalism or similar
- Comfortable in a room with construction and infrastructure people
- Curious about how things actually get built
- Can take a rough idea and run with it without a detailed brief
- Familiar with LinkedIn as a skilled channel, not just a social one
- Design tools (Figma) experience is a bonus. Construction industry knowledge is not required - we'll teach you.

- Casual role, paid at award rate
- Hours are flexible and built around your study or other commitments
- Based at The Commons in South Yarra
- Room to grow into a permanent role
