About the role

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our client's small but growing team in Seven Hills. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the NSW State Manager, you will play a key role in designing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, and social channels. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter with 2+ years of marketing experience looking to own marketing processes end-to-end and drive measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote product ranges, services, and customer support

- Lead the creation of engaging marketing materials across print, digital, and social channels while ensuring brand consistency

- Maintain corporate websites, apply SEO best practices to boost online visibility, and collaborate with website contractors

- Support the sales team with targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and lead generation initiatives

- Plan, coordinate,



and execute occasional trade shows, product launches, and industry events

- Analyze campaign performance, prepare transparent reports, and present actionable insights to management

- Partner with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets

About you

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline

- 2+ years of hands-on experience across social media, web, print, and product promotion

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, graphics/design tools, and basic HTML/CSS

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

- High level of autonomy, initiative, and creative problem-solving capability

- Prior experience in B2B marketing

- Background in event marketing and planning (desirable)
