Marketing Executive – Social, Content & Digital

Yield Cafe | Revesby, Sydney

Yield is looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our team and take ownership of our day-to-day marketing across social media, content, digital advertising, brand campaigns and events.

This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely understands social media, has a strong eye for branding and knows how to turn ideas into content and campaigns that drive real engagement, foot traffic and enquiries.

You’ll work closely with the Director to bring the Yield brand to life across Yield Cafe, Yield Events and our Matcha & Coffee Bar experiences.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for planning and executing Yield’s marketing across digital, social and brand channels, including:

- Managing and growing our Instagram and TikTok presence
- Planning monthly content calendars and campaign schedules
- Creating, filming and editing Reels, TikToks and social content
- Developing creative concepts for seasonal menus, product launches and events
- Managing Meta advertising campaigns and monitoring performance
- Producing content and campaigns for Yield Events and our mobile Matcha & Coffee Bars
- Coordinating influencer, creator and brand collaborations
- Managing community engagement and social media enquiries
- Supporting email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Keeping website content, promotions and campaign messaging up to date
- Identifying partnership, PR and promotional opportunities
- Reviewing campaign performance and providing recommendations based on results
- Ensuring all marketing remains consistent with Yield’s visual identity and tone of voice

About You We’re looking for someone who is both creative and commercially aware.

You’ll ideally have

- Previous experience in marketing, social media, content or a similar role




- A strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends and content formats
- Confidence filming and editing short-form video content
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager or paid social campaigns
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual eye
- An understanding of branding, hospitality, food, lifestyle or events
- The ability to independently manage projects from idea through to execution
- An understanding of analytics and how to assess whether a campaign is actually performing
- Confidence bringing forward new ideas rather than waiting to be given every task

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms or website CMS platforms would be highly regarded. What We’re Looking For Creatively

Yield has an established visual identity, so we’re looking for someone who understands editorial, elevated and contemporary hospitality branding.

You should be able to look beyond simply posting photos and think about the overall brand — campaigns, storytelling, launches, collaborations, experiences and moments people want to share.

"Here's what we should create, here's why it will work, and here's how we're going to execute it."

Pay: $56,488.88 – $114,019.18 per year
