Role Description The Marketing Intern role is a part-time, remote position supporting the promotion and visibility of Q-Con Quantum Conference. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with digital marketing campaigns, preparing social media content, and helping coordinate outreach to potential attendees, partners, and sponsors. The intern will support market research to identify target audiences, track engagement metrics, and summarize findings to inform marketing strategy.

Additional responsibilities may involve drafting email communications, updating website content, responding to basic attendee inquiries, and collaborating with the core team to ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with attendees, partners, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze audiences, trends,



and competitor activities.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing Strategy skills to support outreach, lead generation, and campaign planning.
- Solid written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Interest in technology, innovation, or quantum-related topics; prior event or conference experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, office productivity software); familiarity with CRM or email marketing tools is a plus.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
