REV Distribution APAC brings KNOX Hydrate to the Australian market — a sparkling hydration drink built on amino acids, electrolytes, and vitamins, with zero sugar and zero caffeine. KNOX is the Official Hydration Partner of UFC and is trusted by elite athletes worldwide, while also earning a growing everyday following. We're a small, fast-growing team scaling KNOX Hydrate across APAC, and we're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the brand's next phase of growth in the region.

Reporting directly to management, you'll take full responsibility for KNOX Hydrate's marketing — from strategy through to execution — across social, retail, and B2B channels. As the brand and business grow, there's real opportunity to build and lead a marketing team under you.

What you'll do:

- Manage and grow our social media presence, content, and community
- Lead PR strategy and media relationships
- Plan and execute retail installations and in-store activations
- Drive B2B marketing and trade partnerships
- Manage merchandising strategy and execution across retail partners
- Build and run the campaign calendar end-to-end




- Report on campaign performance and marketing ROI to management

What you'll bring:

- 3–5 years' FMCG marketing experience (beverage or consumer goods highly regarded)
- Hands-on experience running paid social (Meta & TikTok ads)
- Confident with Canva/Adobe for content creation
- Current driver's licence (regular store visits and installation site work)
- Solid project management skills — you can juggle social, PR, trade, and retail simultaneously
- A self-starter, ready to build out a team as the brand scales
