Mechanical Fitter – Workshop & Site Based

Location: Brisbane

Pay Rate: $55 per hour overtime & travel.

Employment Type: Ongoing, long-term casual

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled mechanical fitters for both workshop and in office work in the Brisbane area. This is an ongoing casual role with long-term opportunities, offering competitive pay and 12 hour days & weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment.
- Work safely on-site and in the workshop, following all safety procedures.
- Read drawings, plans, and technical manuals to complete tasks accurately.
- Pumps gearboxes & machinery overhaul.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and perform preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:





- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter or equivalent experience.
- Experience in both workshop and site-based roles.
- Strong mechanical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety standards.
