We specialise in the sale, installation and maintenance of premium air conditioning, evaporative cooling, split systems, gas ducted heating and ducted refrigerated systems — proudly servicing communities across Dubbo, Mudgee, Orange, Bathurst, Tamworth, Newcastle, Coffs Harbour and Albury/Wodonga.

With a team of over 100 dedicated staff, we're growing again — and looking for Admin/Reception staff to join our busy team, with the bonus of getting hands-on with our marketing.

No experience? No problem. All candidates considered, from entry-level to highly experienced. We hire for people, not paperwork — your attitude and fit with the team matter more than what's on your resume.

What you'll be doing:

- Answering calls and greeting customers with a five-star phone manner
- Managing bookings,



schedules and day-to-day admin
- Supporting marketing — social media, promotions, customer comms, event management
- Keeping the office running smoothly, even when it's busy
- Liaising with technicians, suppliers and customers

What we're looking for:

- Great communicator with a friendly, professional manner
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage time and multitask under pressure
- Calm, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in marketing and using Canva a bonus, not essential
- A valuable cultural fit — easygoing, reliable, team player
