The Role

We’re looking for a Mechanical Technician to join our team. Based in the Peel region, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and supporting a range of mechanical and hydraulic fixed plant assets for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving technical problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing quality work.

Key Responsibilities

- Conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical and hydraulic fixed plant assets.

- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.

- Adhering to company procedures, processes and standards.

- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements

- Certificate III – Mechanical trade certificate.

- Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician,



preferably in an industrial environment on fixed or mobile plant equipment.

- Proficiency in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing complex mechanical and / or hydraulic systems.

- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to join a break-down support on-call roster.

- Positive attitude and commitment to supporting a positive workplace culture.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Full driver's licence.
