Tora Health Australia

Australia

Company Description Tora Health is an Australian telehealth clinic focused on delivering comprehensive, high-quality medicine remotely, without shortcuts. Care is led by AHPRA-registered doctors and begins with pathology and a real consultation, rather than simple questionnaires. The clinic works across metabolic health, recovery, hormonal health, human performance, skin and hair, and longevity, supported by an owned range of TGA-compliant products compounded in Australia.

As a pre-launch clinic, Tora Health offers team members the opportunity to shape the clinical model, protocols, and standards from the ground up. The organisation is building a clinically driven team that values robust governance and is actively recruiting for key leadership and frontline care roles.

Role Description The Medical Director role at Tora Health is a part-time, remote position responsible for leading clinical strategy and ensuring high standards of care across the telehealth clinic. In this role, the Medical Director oversees clinical governance, develops and reviews protocols, and provides guidance on complex cases across Tora Health’s key service areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and mentoring clinicians, collaborating with frontline care teams and clinical leaders, and ensuring compliance with AHPRA, TGA, and relevant regulatory requirements.

The Medical

Director contributes to the design of evidence-based care pathways, participates in quality improvement initiatives, and supports the integration of pathology and telehealth consultations into a cohesive clinical model. This role also involves close collaboration with operational leadership to align clinical standards with patient experience and service delivery.
