We are seeking a motivated and cheerful medical receptionist for a casual position at our friendly and busy GP clinic. This position will suit a person who has the flexibility to work various shifts as well as assisting with personal & holiday leave as required. The successful candidate will also participate in a Saturday morning roster.
The skills and experience we value include:
- Previous experience in all areas of general practice
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously in a busy clinic
- Good understanding & knowledge of Medicare, DVA and private billing
- Experience with Best Practice will be highly regarded.
