Member Experience Coordinator
(experience Membership & Accounts Assistant)
$75,000 + Super (FTE) in the office 5 days

About the Role
RACA is seeking a highly organised and member-focused professional to manage member accounts, maintain membership records, and support the delivery of an exceptional member experience.
This is a diverse and rewarding role that sits at the heart of the Club's operations, providing key support across membership administration, accounts and financial processes, and member engagement initiatives. You will play an integral role in ensuring our members receive outstanding service while contributing to the efficient administration and ongoing success of the Club.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to building strong relationships with members, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Membership & Member Experience
· Respond to member enquiries and provide timely, professional support.
· Coordinate membership applications, renewals, and database maintenance.
· Assist in delivering a positive and seamless member experience across all touchpoints.
· Maintain accurate member records and prepare membership reports.
· Support member enquiries and membership administration
· Maintain CRM records and prepare reports
· Identify opportunities to improve systems,
processes and efficiencies
Membership Accounts Assistant
· Process membership invoices on CRM as required.
· Applying member payments on CRM daily.
· Assist with management of Accounts Receivable and liaise with Debt Collector, if necessary.
· Coordinating with other departments to clarify monthly sales summaries and general charges inquiries.
· Cash and cheque banking as required and providing cash float for outlets.
· Solving accounts related inquiries from the members:
· Clarifying charges on their account.
· Assisting with payment method explanation.
· Producing their monthly activity statement as needed.
· Liaise with external accountants, suppliers, and stakeholders as required.
Programs, Events & Administration
· Prepare reports, documentation, and meeting materials.
· Assist with general administration and operational projects.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and organisational processes.
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in administration, membership services, customer/member support, or office coordination.
- Experience in accounts administration, including processing invoices, receipting payments, account reconciliations, and responding to account-related enquiries.
- Experience providing accounting or finance administration support.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Experience handling customer concerns, complaints, and difficult conversations professionally, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Experience using QuickBooks and CRM/database systems.
- Highly computer literate with confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
