We’re looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join us in-house at Here. You’ll play a key role in building and evolving brand identities across print, digital and social, working alongside a tight team that values smart thinking, sharp craft and genuine passion for what we do.

Your portfolio should demonstrate solid brand thinking, refined execution, and the ability to consistently bring ideas to life across multiple touchpoints.

Your Role

- Work closely with our Art Director on the creation and rollout of brand identity systems
- Contribute to projects from concept through to final execution across print, digital and social
- Lead day-to-day branding tasks and asset development across multiple clients
- Collaborate with strategy, content and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand expression
- Translate brand positioning into thoughtful, consistent visual outcomes
- Prepare artwork for production and manage files with precision




- Present your work clearly, articulating the thinking behind your design decisions

Your workflow will integrate into our full-service agency model, collaborating closely with an experienced team of creatives, marketers and developers to deliver cohesive brand experiences across every channel.

About You

- 2+ years of experience in a creative agency or brand studio environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work and real-world application
- Highly proficient in Adobe CC and Figma. After Effects and Premiere Pro are a bonus
- Detail-obsessed, organised and confident managing multiple deadlines
- Comfortable receiving direction while also contributing ideas
- Collaborative, proactive and hungry to grow into a senior-level role
- Genuinely passionate about building meaningful, design-led brands
