Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, especially those experiencing homelessness or trauma? We’re seeking a dedicated Minibus Driver & Facilities Assistant to join our team, providing a welcoming and empathetic service to up to eight passengers at a time in order to build and retain connections with the local community, services, work and volunteer opportunities, health and wellbeing appointments and provide support and presence at appointments and community based tasks with clients where possible.

About You

- You will have experience of driving a minibus/passenger transport and planning travel arrangements.
- You will have some understanding of the potential challenges and support needs of clients, including the experience of homelessness and rough sleeping, trauma, substance use, multiple exclusion, and mental health.
- You will be flexible and empathetic, with excellent time keeping and logistical skills required to run a seamless and skilled service.
- You will undertake simple maintenance and housekeeping tasks, contributing to a high standard of appearance and cleanliness of the building, accommodation and grounds.
- A full, clean driving license and ability to drive in semi-rural locations and in non-daylight hours.
- Knowledge of Horsham and the immediate area and services would be a distinct advantage.
