- Diagnose and repair mobile phones, tablets, and other electronic devices.

- Perform screen, battery, charging-port, camera, speaker, microphone, and other hardware replacements.

- Troubleshoot software issues, device faults, connectivity problems, and performance issues.

- Conduct device testing and quality checks after every repair.

- Provide customers with clear information about repair options, costs, and expected completion times.

- Assist customers with mobile phones, accessories, chargers, cases, screen protectors, and other technology products.

- Process sales transactions, EFTPOS/card payments, refunds, exchanges, and receipts.

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, sales, stock, and customer details.





- Recommend suitable products and accessories based on customer needs.

- Manage stock levels, restocking, product displays, and inventory checks.

- Keep the kiosk/store clean, organised, and professionally presented.

- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints in a friendly and professional manner.

- Follow mall, workplace health and safety, and company procedures.

- Work effectively in a busy shopping-centre workplace and meet daily sales and service targets.

Pay: $27.00 – $28.00 per hour
