Our client partner is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Mobilisation Officer to join their team a leading Tier 1 Mining Contractor, based at our client’s Perth Airport Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring employees are mobilised efficiently and compliantly to major mining projects.

About the Role In this rapid-paced position, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end mobilisation process, ensuring employees are site-ready in line with project requirements and compliance standards. You will liaise closely with Recruitment, HR, and Onboarding teams to facilitate smooth workforce deployment.

Key Responsibilities - Coordinate employee onboarding and mobilisation activities





- Arrange pre-employment medicals, National Police Checks, and site requirements
- Ensure all compliance documentation is accurate and complete
- Support mobilisation for both site personnel and mechanical workshop employees
- Maintain up-to-date records and track mobilisation progress
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to meet project timelines About You - Previous experience in mobilisation, onboarding, workforce coordination, or similar
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume environment
