Factory Direct Heathcare Pty Ltd is a fast-growing, Australian-owned business specialising in the supply of healthcare and mobility equipment used primarily in Community, Aged Care and Retirement Care settings. We are currently seeking two highly motivated, passionate and driven Direct Sales Representatives to join our Victorian team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced salesperson, to contribute to a rapidly growing company with strong market demand in the healthcare medical equipment sector.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physiotherapists, NDIS and Home Care Package Support Coordinators.
- Provide product advice, demonstrations, quotes, direct sales and post-sales support for healthcare equipment solutions.
- Generate leads in your designated region through development of local networks and the building of commercial relationships in medical, aged care and disability markets.
- Deliver expert product guidance and sales support by helping Occupational Therapists and clients.
- Demonstrate and arrange trials and presentations for healthcare equipment and mobility products to customers in various settings, such as in their homes and aged care communities.
- Result orientated with drive for success and customer satisfaction.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Providing an exceptional customer experience throughout every stage of the sales process.
- Maintain detailed record of contacts, customer records and activities.

- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of people.
- Confident in negotiating, with a strong ability to close deals.

- Energetic, motivated, and highly goal oriented.
- Quick to learn with the ability to translate product knowledge into meaningful value for customers.
- A valid Driver's License and willingness to travel throughout your territory.
- Must be physically fit and able to move and demonstrate mobility equipment.
