Responsibilities:

- Fabricate aluminium windows, doors, and façades to technical drawings and specifications

- Operate machinery, hand tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently

- Measure, cut, assemble, and finish aluminium frames with precision

- Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards

- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with Australian Standards





- Assist with continuous improvement in workshop processes

Requirements:

- Proven experience in aluminium window/door fabrication (minimum 3 years)

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Familiarity with fabrication tools, CNC machines, and assembly processes

- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced setting

- Team player with good communication skills
