Department of Health, Tasmania seeks a Senior Pharmacist within the Secure Medication Practice Unit (SMPU) to lead statewide medication safety initiatives and support hospital programs. You will provide strategic guidance to the Pharmacy Manager and contribute to ongoing safety and quality projects at the Royal Hobart Hospital.

With extensive acute hospital pharmacy experience, you will navigate accreditation frameworks and collaborate across disciplines to drive safety improvements.
