Reservations Manager – Pellegrino 2000, Neptune's Grotto, Clam Bar & Grandfather’s Restaurant

Location: Darlinghurst Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday (full time/38 hours)

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-orientedReservationsManagerto join our team.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests-managing reservations, handling special requests, and helping create seamless dining experiences across our award-winning venues.

What You’ll Do

Communicate with guests via phone, email, and online booking platforms

Handle VIP reservations and special occasions with care

Keep accurate reservation and scheduling records

What We’re Looking For





2+ years of hospitality experience (front‑of‑house or reservations preferred)

Familiarity with OpenTable or SevenRooms is a plus (training provided)

Strong communication and organization skills

Confident with managing multiple venues and guest requests

A proactive, detail-focused attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
