The Role – What You’ll Be Doing Daily:

- Operating posi-track and excavators (5t-20t)

- Final trim work – prepping sites for kerb, drainage, footpaths, and pavements

- Bulk earthworks – cutting, filling, and shaping

- Digging trenches for pipes, cables, and drainage

- Loading trucks and moving materials around site

- Backfilling and compacting

- Spotting and working around live services

- Daily pre-start checks and basic machine upkeep

- Working closely with ground crew, supervisors, and other operators

- Following safety procedures and site instructions

- Operation of Tipper Trucks, Rollers, Water Trucks

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in Machinery operating

- Skilled on final trim and general excavation works





- Comfortable working around services and tight spaces

- Safety-focused with positive attention to detail

- Reliable, hard-working, and a good team player

- Able to commit to 50-60 hour weeks

- HC or HR Licence
