What We're Looking For

Depending on the position, we're looking for candidates with relevant trade qualifications,



licences and demonstrated experience within mining, heavy industry, construction, maintenance or similar environments. Most importantly, we want people who:

- Take safety seriously.
- Have a strong work ethic and can be relied upon.
- Take pride in the quality of their work.
- Work well as part of a crew.
- Can communicate effectively with supervisors, clients and other team members.
- Are looking for a genuine opportunity to become part of the Mount Isa team.

Supervisory candidates will need demonstrated experience leading teams and coordinating work safely and efficiently within their respective mechanical or civil disciplines. Relevant trade qualifications and tickets will be required for applicable trade and high-risk positions.
