We are currently looking for freelance mystery shoppers based in Melbourne, to conduct audits at Visa Application Centers. As a mystery shopper, you will assess the end-to-end customer journey, including contact channels, website, security checks, reception, biometric procedures, and staff interaction—without revealing your identity.
This is a freelance contract prospect, not a full-time or salaried position.
Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with flexibility during weekdays.
Assignments are conducted in-person at the visa center and require adherence to scheduled appointments.
Responsibilities
✔ Visit assigned visa application centers discreetly as a regular applicant.
✔ Evaluate service quality, staff professionalism, waiting times, and process efficiency.
✔ Submit detailed, structured reports via our platform.
✔ Follow provided audit guidelines strictly to ensure consistent data.

Compensation & Coverage
