Company Description ADIEM NDIS Plan Management focuses on efficiency, honesty, and responsible management of NDIS participant funds. All invoices are processed promptly upon receipt, and any invoices that appear to misuse or take advantage of a participant’s plan are queried without delay. Support coordinators are notified when plans are running low on funds so that proactive steps can be taken.
Participants have the freedom to choose any NDIS provider they wish to use, while trusting that their funds are managed transparently and in their best interests.
Role Description The NDIS Plan Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mulgrave, VIC. This position is responsible for processing and reconciling invoices, monitoring participant budgets, and ensuring all claims comply with NDIS guidelines. The role includes communicating with participants, support coordinators, and providers to clarify invoices, resolve discrepancies, and provide clear information about plan usage and remaining funds.
The NDIS Plan Manager will maintain accurate records, prepare regular budget summaries, and identify any risks or irregularities in spending. Daily tasks also involve responding to queries in a timely manner,
supporting participants to understand their plans, and collaborating with the team to improve processes and service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong financial administration skills, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and basic budgeting and accounting.
- Knowledge of NDIS guidelines, plan management processes, and compliance requirements, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with participants, families, support coordinators, and providers.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to ethical, transparent management of participant funds.
- Proficiency with office software and plan management systems, with strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Mulgrave, VIC, manage competing priorities, and contribute positively to a small, cooperative team.
- Relevant experience in disability services, finance, administration, or customer service is highly regarded.
- Formal qualifications in finance, business, community services, or a related field are beneficial but not mandatory.
