CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics (I&L;) Tenant Representation business is a team of real estate specialists who help tenants identify and secure I&L; properties, ensuring their real estate requirements align with their key business objectives. As market leaders, we offer tenants strategic advice on all aspects of the leasing process and overcome even the most complex real estate challenges.

The Role

- Business development, inspections and lease negotiations.
- Management of current engagements/campaigns
- "Big picture" approach - cross collaborate across CBRE and share information with colleagues to drive optimal solutions for clients.
- Partner with clients and act as a trusted advisor to deliver a solution that exceeds their needs and improves commercial and operational outcomes.
- Strong advisory focus-provides a market leading level of service and expertise to all clients/tenants.

About You

- Track record in a Leasing/Sales role within Property. We’ll consider all asset classes if you’re hungry to learn about the industrial sector.
- High EI with people centric, client driven approach.
- Articulate, professional and relationship driven.




- Team player with the ability to build relationships, trust and effective communication.
